About NGN (Next Generation Network):
NGN was deployed by Tier 1 Operator to upgrade their fixed lines services that involved MSAN (Multi Services Access Network) Equipment supplied by one of the leading Telecom Manufacturer. Project involved integration of all fixed line services like Voice, Data, FTTH (Fiber to Home),VOIP and ISDN(PRI) on a single NGN platform. Project involved deployment and integration of MSAN/NGN equipment at over 2500 location pan-india.

SSPL dedicated team has diligently executed all the necessary activities under SSPL Scope as briefed below:

- Acceptance Testing: we conducted thorough acceptance testing for each site, ensuring alignment with Customer specific needs and expectations.
- Equipment Migration: Our skilled Engineers seamlessly migrated from old equipment to the new supplied equipment across all sites, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
- Validation Testing: Rigorous validation testing was conducted on the supplied equipment to ensure its reliability and adherence to industry standards.
- End-to-End EMS Deployment: Our team successfully deployed an advanced Element Monitoring System (EMS), providing you with real-time monitoring capabilities for enhanced operational control.
- 24/7 O&M Support: To ensure uninterrupted operations post-implementation, we have deployed a dedicated team of 20 O&M resources who are providing round-the-clock support for any maintenance or operational issues that may arise.
- Preventive Maintenance: To ensure uninterrupted operations, we conduct preventive maintenance on all nodes across India, keeping customer network in top-notch condition at all times.
- AMC for 7 Years: we have signed annual maintenance contract (AMC) for a period of 7 years. This covers all necessary repairs or replacements during this duration, giving peace of mind and minimizing downtime for the customer.
Current Status of Project:
Deployment of Equipment’s has been completed in Year 2020 and now Project is in Operation & Maintenance Phase. SSPL team is running the NOC and providing O&M support services to customer.
